Janus Fund offloads RCom shares worth Rs 65 crore

MUMBAI: Janus Overseas Fund today offloaded 1.15 crore shares of Reliance Communications for about Rs 65 crore.

As per bulk deal data available with the stock exchanges, Janus Overseas Fund sold a total of 11,583,898 shares of the telecom company.

The shares were sold on an average price of Rs 56 aggregating to a deal size of Rs 64.86 crore.

However, the identity of the buyer of the shares could not be immediately ascertained.

Shares of RCom rose by 3.23 per cent to settle at Rs 59.10 apiece on the BSE.
