IRB Infrastructure Developers promoter unpledge shares

NEW DELHI: IRB Infrastructure Developers (IRB) today said its promoter Virendra D Mhaiskar unpledged 2 crore shares, or 6.02 per cent holding, in the company.

"IRB's Promoter Virendra D Mhaiskar has now unpledged 2 crore shares (6.02 per cent). Promoter's holding in the company as on September 30, 2013 was 60.48 per cent and 14.19 per cent holding was pledged," the Mumbai-based firm said in a statement.

The shares were held by Mhaikar and Deepali Mhaiskar and were pledged with Kotak Mahindra Prime, it said.

Shares of the company today settled at Rs 97.20 apiece, up 0.31 per cent over the previous closing.
