Subscription fees contributed approximately Rs 225.94 crore, or nearly all of FY26 operating revenue, highlighting the company's dependence on its subscription-led business model.

The company also reported an increase in net cash generation from operating activities to Rs 178.43 crore in FY26, compared with Rs 73.64 crore in the previous year.

The firm is preparing for a stock market debut as AssetGro Fintech filed preliminary papers with market regulator Sebi in September to raise funds through an initial public offering (IPO) using the confidential route, and people familiar with the matter pegged the IPO size at Rs 2,000-2,500 crore.

Under the confidential pre-filing route, companies can keep their draft offer documents out of the public domain until the regulatory review process reaches a more advanced stage.
