Several companies, including Ceat, Hindalco, and IOC, will trade ex-dividend starting August 8, 2025.
Shares of several companies, including Ceat, Paras Defence and Space Technologies, Multi Commodity Exchange (MCX), Indian Oil Corporation (IOC), Hindalco Industries, and Aurobindo Pharma, will start trading ex-dividend from Friday, August 8, 2025.

These companies had recently announced dividend payouts, and today marks the last day to buy these stocks to qualify for the announced dividends.

Tyre major Ceat will be trading ex-dividend for a final dividend of Rs 30 per share, which equates to a hefty 300% payout. Hindalco Industries, part of the Aditya Birla Group, is also in focus with a final dividend of Rs 5 per share at a massive 500% payout. Public sector giant IOC is offering a final dividend of Rs 3 per share, representing a 30% payout.


Commodity platform MCX has also announced a final dividend of Rs 30 per share (300%), while Aurobindo Pharma will be paying an interim dividend of Rs 4 per share, translating to 400%. Defence player Paras Defence and Space Technologies has declared a final dividend of Rs 0.5 per share (5%).

Apart from these key names, several other companies have also gone ex-dividend today, rewarding shareholders with varying payout ratios. The list includes:


  • Aaron Industries – Final dividend of Rs 1.2 (12%)
  • ABB India – Interim dividend of Rs 9.77 (488.5%)
  • Alkem Laboratories – Final dividend of Rs 8 (400%)
  • Alldigi Tech – Interim dividend of Rs 30 (300%)
  • Computer Age Management Services – Interim dividend of Rs 11 (110%)
  • Flair Writing Industries – Final dividend of Rs 1 (20%)
  • Gujarat Containers – Final dividend of Rs 1.5 (15%)
  • Gujarat Hotels – Final dividend of Rs 3 (30%)
  • Indo Thai Securities – Interim dividend of Rs 0.1 (10%)
  • JTEKT India – Final dividend of Rs 0.7 (70%)
  • Matrimony.com – Final dividend of Rs 5 (100%)
  • Mankind Pharma – Interim dividend of Rs 1 (100%)
  • Shradha AI Technologies – Final dividend of Rs 0.6 (30%)
  • Sonata Software – Interim dividend of Rs 1.25 (125%)
  • Steelcast Ltd – Interim dividend of Rs 1.8 (36%)
  • Varroc Engineering – Final dividend of Rs 1 (100%)
  • Voith Paper Fabrics – Final dividend of Rs 10 (100%)
  • ZF Commercial Vehicle Control Systems – Final dividend of Rs 19 (380%)
  • Quess Corp – Final dividend of Rs 6 (60%)
  • Vishnu Chemicals – Final dividend of Rs 0.3 (15%)
  • Wonderla Holidays – Final dividend of Rs 2 (20%)
With the record date approaching, these stocks may adjust their prices to reflect the dividend payout, which is a normal market phenomenon. Investors who hold the shares as of the end of Thursday’s session will be eligible for the declared dividends.
