Investors happy with recent correction; bottom-up stock picking is in order: Anant Shirgaonkar, UBS Securities
Investors are keen to find out whether economic recovery will accelerate over the next few years, says Shirgaonkar, UBS.

"So they (investors) want to find out two things - one is how the things on the ground are moving and hear from the corporate about whether they are seeing signs of change in terms of growth coming back or order flows coming back," Shirgaonkar said about investors who have assembled in Mumbai for a midcap conference.
He said that investors are also keen on finding out whether economic recovery will accelerate over the next few years, and whether India is a one-year or a 2-3-year story.
"So, that is where all the interest level seems to be and obviously the bottom-up stock picking is what is the flavour at the midcap conference," he added.
