Invesco arm sells 7.74% stake in ZEE

Mumbai: Invesco Oppenheimer Developing Markets Fund sold 74.3 million shares of Zee Entertainment Enterprises (ZEE) at an average price of ₹281.46 per share, bulk deal data on the BSE showed. This amounts to the sale of a 7.74% stake in Zee Entertainment for ₹2,092 crore. The data also showed that Segantii India Mauritius bought 9.9 million shares of Zee Entertainment and Morgan Stanley Asia Singapore Pte bought 10.2 million shares. Both bought shares of ZEE at ₹281.10 apiece.
