Mumbai: InterGlobe Aviation, which runs India's biggest airline by market share IndiGo has said two of its founder shareholders will divest 2.91% in the company worth about Rs 1,265 crore through an offer for sale.

Acquire Services plans to sell 7.9 million shares in InterGlobe while IGE (Mauritius) Pvt. Ltd will sell 3.2 million shares on Wednesday and Thursday.

The shares will be sold at a floor price of Rs1,130 each.

Earlier this year, InterGlobe launched a QIP selling 3.36 crore equity shares.

The QIP was primarily for the airline to get to the mandated shareholding structure of 75:25 between the promoters and the public as well as to fund its expansion plans.
