Mumbai: The Securities and Exchange Board of India has passed settlement order against INEOS Styrolution for its alleged delay in complying with Insider trading regulations.
The high powered advisory committee met on January 29 and recommended the case for settlement upon payment of Rs 8.94 lakh, the regulator said.
