Indiabulls Real Estate up 4% on Catherine Builders buy
Shares of Indiabulls Real Estate shot up nearly 4 per cent on Thursday, with subsidiary Indiabulls Infrastructure acquiring Catherine Builders and Developers from DLF Home Developers.

MUMBAI: Shares of Indiabulls Real Estate shot up nearly 4 per cent on Thursday, with subsidiary Indiabulls Infrastructure acquiring Catherine Builders and Developers from DLF Home Developers.
Catherine Builders owns 50 per cent stake in Kenneth Builders & Developers, which won at the auction by DDA to develop a residential project on 35.8 acres of land located at Tehkhand in South Delhi.
The remaining 50 per cent shareholding of Kenneth is owned by Bridget Builders & Developers, a subsidiary of Indiabulls Infrastructure.
At 11:56 am, Indiabulls Real Estate shares were up 3.76 per cent at Rs 687 on BSE.
