MUMBAI: Shares of Indiabulls Real Estate shares surged Friday ahead of the closure of the initial public offer of Indiabulls Properties Investment Trust in Singapore.
At 12:30 pm, the share was at Rs 454, up 11.97 per cent on the BSE. It touched a high of Rs 477.50 and low of Rs 412.50 on volume of 12,54,344 shares.
According to reports, the trust plans to raise $284 million from selling 353 million units.
