iGate Global to stop trading from Jan 25

iGate Global Solution will stop trading on the stock exchanges from the closing hours of trade on January 25. This is ahead of its de-listing from February 4.

MUMBAI: iGate Global Solution will stop trading on the stock exchanges from the closing hours of trade on January 25. This is ahead of its de-listing from February 4.

The delisting follows an offer made through reverse book building process by iGate Corporation and iGate Inc. The offer opened on Nov 26 and closed on Nov 30.

iGate Corp made a public announcement on Nov 14 seeking to acquire all 6,055,284 outstanding shares (of Rs 4 each), or 19.09 per cent of the issued and paid up share capital. The price discovered as per the delisting guidelines was Rs 410 per share.

At 1:13 pm, the iGate Global share was at Rs 403 on the BSE.
