Identixweb shares to list on BSE SME today. Here's what GMP indicates

The shares of Identixweb will debut on the BSE SME platform today. Ahead of the listing, the GMP was at around Rs xx, indicating a premium of 7% over the issue price. However, this could change depending on the sentiments in the secondary market.

The company will use the IPO proceeds, Rs 17 crore to be precise, for investment in marketing to support organization's growth plans, market research and product development, investment in subsidiaries for product development and general corporate purposes.

The issue, which was completely a fresh equity sale of 30.8 lakh shares, was subscribed by 26 times at close.
