MUMBAI: Rating agency ICRA on Wednesday assigned a moderate credit quality rating (LBBB) to Gemini Communication Ltd's Rs 105 crore fund-based limits.
It assigned an above-average credit quality (A2) rating to the company's Rs 45 crore non-fund based limits, a press release issued here stated.
ICRA said its rating was constrained by GCL's modest scale of operations, intensely competitive nature of the industry and factors in GCL's satisfactory track-record in the domestic network integration business.
In the last financial year, GCL had reported a revenue of Rs 245.24 crore and a net profit of Rs 27.47 crore, the company said.
