ICICI Bank allots 19,875 shares under ESOS scheme

Country's largest private sector lender, ICICI Bank, has allotted a total 19,875 equity shares pursuant to conversion of options under Employees Stock Option Scheme, 2000.

MUMBAI: The country's largest private sector lender, ICICI Bank, has allotted a total 19,875 equity shares pursuant to conversion of options under the Employees Stock Option Scheme, 2000 (ESOS).

In a filing to the Bombay Stock Exchange, ICICI Bank said it has allotted 15,825 equity shares on June 12, 2009 to its employees under the Employees Stock Option Scheme, 2000 (ESOS).

Further, in another BSE filing, the bank said it has alloted 4,050 equity shares on June 13, 2009 under ESOS 2000.

Shares of ICICI Bank today closed at Rs 733.50, down 0.94 per cent on the BSE.
