Icertis to focus on mid-market companies, contract intelligence
The company said it would focus on contract intelligence, which goes beyond contract lifecycle management and allows companies dynamically analyze contracts in the context of their systems and processes.

So far, the company has focused on working with larger companies like Airbus, Daimler, Microsoft and Apple. It will now focus on mid-size firms with over $100 million in annual revenue. In the last three years, the company has seen a 400% increase in new customers in this segment which now contributes a third of its customer base.
This includes companies across sectors including financial services, healthcare, IT and technology, life science and pharmaceuticals, manufacturing, retail and packaged goods, and transportation.
