Hindustan Construction bags Rs 297.51 cr contract
Hindustan Construction has bagged a contract worth Rs 297.51 crore, in joint venture with Alpine Mayreder of Austria, from Delhi Metro Rail Corporation.

MUMBAI: Hindustan Construction has bagged a contract worth Rs 297.51 crore, in joint venture with Alpine Mayreder of Austria, from Delhi Metro Rail Corporation.
The order is for design and construction of tunnel between Talkatora garden and Budha Jayanti park stations. The company's share in the total value of the contract is 49 per cent, that is, Rs 145.78 crore.
This project is a part of Airport Metro Express Line-I of DMRC's plan for the Mass Rapid Transit System and has to be completed by July 2010.
At 2:57 pm, Hindustan Construction shares were down 0.40 per cent at Rs 199 on BSE.
