Helios & Matheson buys back FCCBs worth $1.40 mn;stk up

MUMBAI – Helios and Matheson Information Technology has bought back FCCBs of nominal value of $ 1.40 million at 25 per cent discount. After the buy-back, the total outstanding values of the bonds now stand reduced to $ 15.60 million.

The stock was at Rs 34.70, up 7.93 per cent on the NSE. It touched a high of Rs 35.20 and low of Rs 31.60 in trade so far.
