HDFC waives off processing fee for Kerala flood affected

MUMBAI: HDFC is offering home improvement loans at zero processing fees at rate of interest at 8.5per cent to people affected by floods in Kerala. The loan terms will be valid only for all loan applications submitted up to October and for NRIs and PIOs as well.

“We have decided to offer home improvement loans to all people whose properties have been impacted by the rains and there will be no processing fees on all such loans,” said Renu Sud Karnad, managing director, HDFC.
