HDB Financial raises Rs 3,369 crore from 141 anchor investors ahead of IPO

Mumbai: HDB Financial Services has raised ₹3,369 crore from 141 anchor investors ahead of the opening of its ₹12,500 crore initial public offering (IPO) on June 25.

The company allotted 45 million shares at upper price band of ₹740 apiece to these institutional investors. Anchors include LIC, ICICI Prudential Mutual Fund, SBI Mutual Fund, etc.
