HCL Corp buys 44.69 lakh shares of HCL Infosystems for Rs 17 crore
HCL Infosystems today said its promoter HCL Corporation Pvt Ltd has bought 44.69 lakh shares of the firm for over Rs 17 crore in a market purchase.

NEW DELHI: HCL Infosystems today said its promoter HCL Corporation Pvt Ltd has bought 44.69 lakh shares of the firm for over Rs 17 crore in a market purchase.
In a filing to the BSE, HCL Infosystems said that HCL Corp through a market purchase acquired 44,69,127 shares at Rs 17,11,58,570 on March 21, taking its total stake in the firm to 44.85 per cent.
The purchase took place on BSE and NSE platforms. For the period ended December 31, 2012, Shiv Nadar-owned HCL Corp's stake in HCL Infosystems stood at 42.85 per cent.
HCL Corporation is the holding company of HCL Technologies and HCL Infosystems.

The purchase took place on BSE and NSE platforms. For the period ended December 31, 2012, Shiv Nadar-owned HCL Corp's stake in HCL Infosystems stood at 42.85 per cent.
HCL Corporation is the holding company of HCL Technologies and HCL Infosystems.
