HAL pays 2nd interim dividend of Rs 763.45 crore

BANGALORE: Hindustan Aeronautics Ltd ( HAL) has paid Rs 763.45 crore as second interim dividend at 634 per cent on paid-up share capital of Rs 120.50 crore for 2012-13.

The dividend cheque was presented to Minister of State for Defence Jitendra Singh by HAL Chairman R K Tyagi in New Delhi today, a company release said.

HAL paid the first interim dividend of Rs 48.20 crore for 2012-13 on December 7, 2012, it said.
