GVK Power and Infrastructure Ltd promoter to raise stake
The promoter will buy 10 crore equity shares or 6.33 per cent stake, in the company at market price, GVK Power & Infrastructure Ltd said in a filing to BSE.

NEW DELHI: GVK Power & Infrastructure Ltd today said one of its promoters, Vertex Projects Ltd, will increase its stake in the company to 15.24 per cent.
The promoter will buy 10 crore equity shares or 6.33 per cent stake, in the company at market price, GVK Power & Infrastructure Ltd said in a filing to BSE.
Currently Vertex Projects holds 8.91 per cent stake in the company.
The Vertex Projects will purchase shares from another promoter G Indira Krishna Reddy.
The company's share closed at Rs 9.34 apiece on BSE, down 0.11 per cent from previous close.
