Gravita India acquires stake in KM udyog; stocks up

Gravita India, along with its subsidiary Gravita Exim, has acquired 60 per cent stake in K.M.Udyog, Jammu.

MUMBAI: Gravita India, along with its subsidiary Gravita Exim, has acquired 60 per cent stake in K.M.Udyog, Jammu. The installed Lead manufacturing and refining capacity of K.M.Udyog is 7200 metric tonne per annum.

The topline and bottomline of Gravita India, with this acquisition, is likely to increase by Rs 65 crores and Rs 3 crores during financial year 2011-12.

The stock was at Rs 407.40, up 1.42 per cent on the NSE. It touched a high of Rs 413.70 and low of Rs 403.20 in trade so far.
