MUMBAI: Promoter Krishna Prasad Chigurupati has liquidated some of his shares in Granules India on Wednesday in a block deal on NSE.

About 75 lakh shares worth 303.81 crore were sold at 405.08 apiece and were bought by 8 funds at 405-405.1. Axis MF, Massachusetts Institute of Technology and Fidelity Funds' India Focus Fund were the top buyers. Shares of the company closed at 427.95 on Wednesday, a gain of 4.61%
