Goodluck India restructuring
Goodluck India announced today that its board of directors has given in-principle approval for the amalgamation of subsidiary Goodluck Defence and Aerospace into the listed company, along with the already approved merger of Goodluck Green Energy.
The proposed scheme of merger and corporate restructuring of Goodluck Defence and Aerospace as well as Goodluck Green Energy into Goodluck India represents a decisive step in fortifying the company’s corporate architecture and maximizing long-term value for shareholders, the listed company said.
It added that this strategic consolidation aligns the interests of all stakeholders under one unified umbrella, sharpening operational focus, amplifying market liquidity, and positioning Goodluck India for accelerated, sustainable growth.
Further details about the terms, structure and financial implications of the proposed restructuring will be provided later, the company added.
