Morgan Stanley (France) S.A. held 1.67% stake in Max Financial as of June 30. Shares of Max Financial Services ended up 2.64% at Rs 615.40 on the BSE on Friday.

Goldman Sachs subsidiaries sell stake in Max Financial
MUMBAI: Goldman Sachs subsidiaries Xenok and GS Mace Holdings sold 1.18 crore shares or 4.42% stake in Max Financial Services on Friday at Rs 596-Rs 599.95 per share, bulk deal data on the BSE showed.

Separately, the data showed that Sundaram BNP Paribas Mutual Fund, Birla Sunlife Mutual Fund, SBI Mutual Fund, DHFL Pramerica Mutual Fund and Morgan Stanley (France) S.A. bought a total of 1.12 crore shares at Rs 596 per share. Morgan Stanley (France) S.A. held 1.67% stake in Max Financial as of June 30. Shares of Max Financial Services ended up 2.64% at Rs 615.40 on the BSE on Friday.
