Godrej sells 49% stake in arm to PE fund

MUMBAI: Godrej Properties has sold 49% equity stake in its subsidiary Godrej Landmark Redevelopers, the company said on Saturday.

Godrej Properties, a part of Godrej Group, has “entered into an agreement with ASK Property Investment Advisors to sell a 49 per cent stake in Godrej Landmark Redevelopers,” the company said.
