Godrej Properties shares in focus as Hyderabad project clocks over Rs 1,000 crore sales at launch
Godrej Properties sold over Rs 1,000 crore worth of homes at the launch of its Hyderabad project, Godrej Regal Pavilion. The project sold 683 units, highlighting strong housing demand and customer confidence in the city’s real estate market.

The project sold more than 683 homes with a total area of around 1.20 million square feet, reflecting strong demand and customer confidence in the Hyderabad real estate market.
Launched in August 2025, this marks Godrej Properties’ second successful project launch in Hyderabad this year, with both developments surpassing the Rs 1,000 crore sales milestone at the outset.
Godrej Regal Pavilion is one of the company’s large-scale residential projects in South India, spread across 4.14 million square feet with an estimated revenue potential of around Rs 3,600 crore, which is expected to strengthen its presence in the southern market.
Located in Rajendra Nagar, the project benefits from the area’s rapidly developing infrastructure, well-maintained roads, and excellent connectivity, including easy access to the Outer Ring Road and proximity to the airport. The region has emerged as a high-growth residential hub, combining affordability with convenience, further adding to the project’s appeal.
“We are delighted with the response to Godrej Regal Pavilion. This outcome reflects the rising preference for trusted, branded residences and Hyderabad’s strong growth potential. We would like to take this opportunity to sincerely thank our customers and all stakeholders for their trust and confidence in Godrej Properties. Our focus will remain on creating a thoughtfully designed, sustainable community that offers residents an exceptional living experience,” said Gaurav Pandey, MD & CEO of Godrej Properties.
On Friday, shares of Godrej Properties closed flat at Rs 2,052.45 on the BSE.
