MUMBAI: The Rs 130-crore initial public offering of Jalandhar-based rear axle shafts maker GNA Axles will hit the markets on September 14. The company has fixed the price band of its IPO at Rs 205-207 per share.
The IPO comprises issue of up to 63 lakh shares, including an eligible employee reservation of up to 2 lakh shares. The issue will close on September 16.
The company intends to use the proceeds from for purchase of plant and machinery and to meet working capital requirements. It will also use a part of the proceedings for general corporate purposes.
