Glodyne Technoserve promoters hike stake; stock up

MUMBAI: Promoters of Glodyne Technoserve have increased their stake in the company to 60.70 per cent from 58.89 per cent by acquiring 4.33 lakh shares from open market purchase.

The scrip reacted positively and was at Rs 708.15, up Rs 64.40 or 10 per cent on the NSE. It touched a high of Rs 708.15 and low of Rs 579.40 in trade so far. Around 80,000 shares were traded in the counter.
