Glenmark settles litigation with Daiichi Sankyo; stock up
Glenmark Pharmaceuticals has reached at a settlement agreement with Daiichi Sankyo, Inc and Genzyme Corporation in regards with Glenmark’s Abbreviated New Drug Application filed with the USFDA for Colesevelam Hydrochloride.

MUMBAI: Glenmark Pharmaceuticals has reached at a settlement agreement with Daiichi Sankyo, Inc and Genzyme Corporation in regards with Glenmark’s Abbreviated New Drug Application filed with the USFDA for Colesevelam Hydrochloride.
As per the agreement, Glenmark will launch its generic colesevelam hydrochloride products on April 2, 2015.
The stock was at Rs 319.15, up 0.52 per cent on the NSE. It touched a high of Rs 324.30 and low of Rs 315.55 in trade so far.
