Getalong Enterprise lists shares on BSE SME platform
Getalong Enterprise had come out with an initial public offering of 7.5 lakh equity shares of Rs 10 Each for cash at a price of Rs 69 per equity share, aggregating to Rs 5.18 crore, the release noted.

New Delhi: Getalong Enterprise Ltd on Friday got listed on the BSE's SME platform, a release said. Getalong is the 349th company to get listed on the platform.
Getalong Enterprise had come out with an initial public offering of 7.5 lakh equity shares of Rs 10 Each for cash at a price of Rs 69 per equity share, aggregating to Rs 5.18 crore, the release noted.
The company completed its public issue on September 30, 2021. Shreni Shares Pvt Ltd was the lead manager.
Getalong Enterprise is a Maharashtra-based company engaged in the trading business. So far, 115 companies have migrated to the main board.
The companies listed on BSE SME Platform have raised Rs 3,703.26 crore from the market and the total market capitalization of these companies stood at Rs 39,218.32 crore as of October 7, the release said.
