Genesys International shareholders' nod for raising Rs 150 cr
IT software solutions provider Genesys International Corporation on Monday said its shareholders approved the proposal to raise Rs 150 crore.
The company intends to raise the amount through qualified institutional placement or foreign currency convertible bonds or global depository receipts.
A special resolution to this effect was passed by the shareholders with requisite majority, Genesys International Corporation said in a filing with the Bombay Stock Exchange.
The shareholders also adopted a resolution giving permission to sub divide every Rs 10 equity share into two shares of Rs 5 each.
Shares of the company closed at Rs 392.35, down 0.24 per cent from the previous close on the BSE.
