NEW DELHI: Infrastructure firm Gayatri Projects today said it has received a road construction order worth Rs 154.01 crore in Uttar Pradesh.
"The company bagged this additional order in Jhansi and the entire work would be executed in two years," Gayatri Projects said in a release.
The work would consist of rehabilitation and upgrading of NH-25 from 143.6 km to 170 km in Uttar Pradesh as part of the East-West Corridor project.
"This is a prestigious project bagged by us in UP and we are well equipped to complete it on schedule," Gayatri Projects Managing Director Sandeep Reddy said.
The current order book strength of the company stands at Rs 3,450 crore. Some of the major projects include national and state highways, dams, reservoirs, ash ponds and major canal works.
