Gateway Distriparks up on raising Rs 300 crore

MUMBAI: Shares of Gateway Distriparks gained momentum after the company’s subsidiary Gateway Rail Freight raised Rs 300 crore by issue of compulsorily convertible preference shares (CCPS) to Blackstone.

At 10:40 am, the scrip was at Rs 110.35, up Rs 2.95 or 2.75 per cent on the NSE. It touched a high of Rs 111.75 and low of Rs 108.90 in trade so far.
