MUMBAI: Shares of Gateway Distriparks were in the limelight after Allcargo Global Logistics acquired about 6.1 million shares or 5.97 per cent stake in the rival.
The transaction was made by Allcargo's unit Sealand Terminals through open market purchases, it said in a notice to the Bommbay Stock Exchange.
At3 pm, Gateway shares were up 2.44 per cent at Rs 44, while Allcargo shares were down 0.51 percent at Rs 687.60.
