Garware allots 4.74 lakh shares
The company allotted 4.74 lakh fully paid-up shares of Rs 10 each upon conversion of warrants in the second preferential allotment to its promoters and non-promoters.

NEW DELHI: Shipping firm Garware Offshore Services on Wednesday said it has allotted 4.74 lakh shares to its shareholders on a preferential basis.
The company allotted 4.74 lakh fully paid-up shares of Rs 10 each upon conversion of warrants, in the second preferential allotment to its promoters and non-promoters, Garware Offshore said in a communiqué to BSE.
Pursuant to this allotment, all the warrants allotted in the second preferential allotment of the company would be converted into equity shares, the firm said.
Shares in the company were last trading 0.21 per cent down at Rs 186.60 on the BSE.
