Franklin India fund buys 1.8% stake in TeamLease Services

Shares of TeamLease Services ended down 1.8 per cent at Rs 2,168.35 on the BSE on Monday.

MUMBAI: Franklin India Smaller Companies Fund on Monday bought 3 lakh shares of TeamLease Services, which amounts to 1.8 per cent stake in the company, showed bulk deal data on the National Stock Exchange of India's website.

The fund bought the stake at Rs 2,150 per share. The data separately showed that promoter entities HR Offshore Ventures and NED Consultants sold 1.7 lakh shares (1 per cent stake) and 85,483 shares (0.5 per cent stake), respectively.

NED Consultants and HR Offshoring Ventures held 9.5 per cent stake and 26.7 per cent stake respectively in TeamLease Services at the end of the March quarter.


Shares of TeamLease Services ended down 1.8 per cent at Rs 2,168.35 on the BSE on Monday.
