Four Soft inks deal with Prime Cargo Netherlands; stock up 8 pc

MUMBAI: Shares of Four Soft Ltd picked up steam on Monday after it announced its deal with a Netherlands based freight forwarding company.
Prime Cargo Netherlands BV selected Four Soft's Integrated freight forwarding solution - 4S eTrans SME, to rationalize and automate its freight forwarding processes, the company said in a statement to the exchanges. The contract was executed through Four Soft Netherlands, a subsidiary of Four Soft Ltd, India.
The new solution will help Prime Cargo consolidate its multi model services worldwide. This will also enable them to enhance collaboration between customers and agents, minimize transaction costs and improve visibility and monitoring of goods through the entire export and import processes.
At 12:15 pm, the company���s shares surged 8 per cent to Rs 16.40 on the BSE following the announcement.
