Foreign investors sell shares worth Rs 1,004 cr in PNB Housing

General Atlantic Singapore Fund Fii Pte and Asia Opportunities V (Mauritius) sold shares of PNB Housing worth ₹1,004.29 crore in a bulk deal on NSE on Thursday.

The foreign investors sold 1.27 crore shares at ₹786 apiece. As of March 31, General Atlantic Singapore Fund Fii Pte and Asia Opportunities V (Mauritius) owned 9.82% and 9.88%, respectively. Morgan Stanley Asia Singapore PTE and BNP Paribas Financial Markets were among buyers in the deal. Shares of PNB Housing declined 5.43% to close at ₹794.4. In the past one month, the shares have gained 7.27%.
