Foreign institutional investors turn net buyers in equities so far in February

The BSE Sensex was trading 74.83 points, down at 28364.45 in the afternoon trade on Tuesday. NSE Nifty50 index was down 21.55 points at 8779.50.
In the Nifty50 index, BHEL ( 3.44 per cent), Bank of Baroda ( 2.46 per cent), BPCL ( 2.13 per cent), Kotak Bank ( 1.49 per cent), Bharti Infratel ( 1.31 per cent) stood among top gainers, while Tata Motors ( -2.69 per cent), Tata Motors ( -2.26 per cent), Coal India Ltd ( -1.95 per cent), ACC ( -1.60 per cent), UltraTech Cement ( -1.59 per cent) remained top losers of the day.
Shares of Karma Energy, Pan India Corp, Goldstone Infra, Metkore Alloys, Sanco Industries, Crest Ventures, Corp Bank, Godawari Power, Oudh Sugar Mill and MTNL hit their fresh 52-week high on NSE.
On the other hand, BS Ltd, JMT Auto, BSE Ltd., LT Foods, DB International, Birla Cotsyn, Rasoya Proteins, Shekhawati Poly, FCS Software touched their fresh 52-week low.
