NEW DELHI: Shares of Financial Technologies soared over 15 per cent after the company announced that he had sold its 12 per cent stake in Dubai Gold and Commodity Exchange for $5.7 million.

Reacting to the development, the stock surged 15.26 per cent to hit a high of Rs 111 on the BSE. After completion of the transaction, FTIL would be completely exiting Dubai Gold and Commodities Exchange (DGCX), a company released said.
