MUMBAI: The institutional portion of Federal-Mogul Goetze India offer for sale (OFS) was subscribed 3.95 times on Monday.
Promoter IEH FMGI Holdings LLC is selling 55.4 lakh shares of the company representing 9.95 per cent stakes with a green shoe option of another 9.95 per cent shares.
The OFS will open for retail investors on Tuesday.
