Exide Industries Ltd. shares rise 1.43% as Sensex climbs

Shares of the Exide Industries Ltd. traded at Rs 173.2 on BSE at 10:36AM (IST) on Monday, up 1.43 per cent from previous close.

The scrip quoted a 52-week low price of Rs 121.9 and a high of Rs 208.8.

Earlier, the stock saw a gap up opening in the morning.

The stock traded at a price-to-earning (P/E) multiple of 24.94, while the price-to-book value ratio stood at 2.26. Return on equity (ROE) was at 11.78 per cent, according to exchange data.
