Eros Media, DHFL among top losers on BSE

NEW DELHI: The domestic equity benchmark BSE Sensex was trading 68.86 points down at 40,014.68 on account of selling in frontline bluechip counters.

Shares of Eros Media (down 19.97 per cent) , Transcorp International (down 15.90 per cent), Polymech Machines (down 15.65 per cent), Velan Hotels (down 14.03 per cent), UFO Moviez India (down 13.96 per cent), DHFL (down 11.96 per cent), Kilburn Engineering (down 10.67 per cent), Sharika Enterprises (down 9.94 per cent), Websol Energy (down 9.87 per cent) and Rishi Laser (down 9.87 per cent) were among the worst performers.

In the Nifty pack, 20 stocks were trading in the green, while 30 stocks were in the red.


The Nifty index was trading 33.95 points down at 11,987.70.
