EOW allows 63 Moons Tech to use funds for daily expenditure

MUMBAI: Economic Offences Wing ( EOW) of the Mumbai police has allowed 63 Moons Technologies, the erstwhile Financial Technologies ( FTIL), to use funds for meeting its day-to-day expenses like payment of salaries, statutory liabilities , etc., the company said in a press note.

This was at the direction of the Bombay High Court, it added.

EOW had attached assets worth over Rs 2000 crore belonging to FTIL last month as part of its investigation in the Rs 5,600 crore NSEL scam. 63 Moons Tech is the parent of NSEL.
