Endurance Technologies jumps 3% on strong OFS response

NEW DELHI: Shares of Endurance Technologies jumped 3 per cent on Thursday morning after the two-day offer for sale (OFS) by the company witnessed a good response from non-retail investors.

The scrip closed at Rs 1177.70, up 2.58 per cent on BSE while the benchmark BSE Sensex closed 0.24 per cent higher at 36,725.42.

Yesterday, the Endurance Technologies scrip had closed 9.14 per cent down on BSE at Rs 1148.05.


The issue received bids for 2,64,23,121 shares, which was 4.61 times of the base issue size of 57,27,273 shares reserved for the category. Retail investors will bid for the issue on Thursday.

Overall, the promoter Anurang Jain has put 63,63,637 shares (base offer size) on the block, representing 4.52 per cent of the total paid up equity share capital of the company. A total of 10 per cent is reserved for retail category.

Meanwhile, the shares of Endurance Technologies opened at Rs 1160 on BSE against its previous closing of Rs 1148.05.
