MUMBAI: Shares of Emmbi Polyarns plunged on debut and closed over 37 per cent lower against issue price of Rs 45.
On the NSE, the scrip ended at Rs 28.75, down Rs 16.80, or 37.33%. It touched a low of Rs 26.65 and high of Rs 48.30 in today’s trade.
On the BSE, the stock closed at Rs 28.65, down Rs 16.95, or 37.33%. It touched intraday low of Rs 26.50 and high of Rs 48.35.
Emmbi Polyarns is engaged in manufacture of woven polyethylene, polypropylene products, jumbo bags & woven sacks. It plans to raise its capacity to 17,800 TPA at an estimated cost Rs 36 crore.
