Emami, Shah Alloys among top losers on BSE

NEW DELHI: The domestic equity benchmark BSE Sensex was trading 55.36 points down at 39,139.13 on account of selling in frontline bluechip counters.

Shares of Shah Alloys (down 16.03 per cent), Trejhara Solutions (down 14.41 per cent), G G Engineering (down 13.62 per cent), Vivo Bio Tech (down 13.46 per cent), NRB Industrial (down 11.86 per cent), Bengal Assam (down 9.97 per cent), Think Ink Studio (down 9.79 per cent), Shree Surgovind (down 9.72 per cent), Suryaamba Spin (down 9.56 per cent), MSR India (down 8.89 per cent), Emami (down 5.05 per cent) were among the worst performers.

In the Nifty pack, 20 stocks were trading in the green, while 28 stocks were in the red.


The Nifty index was trading 23.40 points down at 11,700.70.
