Edserv Softsystems raises Rs 61 cr through QIP

Edserv Softsystems today said it has raised Rs 61 crore via the Qualified Institutional Placement (QIP) route.
The Chennai-based e-learning services provider has decided to close the QIP issue from today, Edserv said in a filing to the BSE.
The QIP issue opened on July 9 at Rs 205 a share to raise around Rs 130 crore for expansion.
Shares of the company were trading at Rs 209.35 on the BSE today, up 1.14 per cent from the previous close.
